
EMAIL DESIGN
During my time as an Ecommerce designer at the Potpourri Group, I was responsible for the creative design life cycle of email campaigns in support of the company's 18 strategic brands.
THE PROCESS:

Initial Design: Prepare the initial creative design for email campaigns 2 weeks in advance of release

Prototype: Create email flats using Adobe Photoshop. Email flats will be used to present the design, integrated with the products to be promoted

Design review: Facilitate creative review with upper management and brand liaisons. Document and organize feedback.

Development: Upon final review and approval, develop a production version of emails by slicing and coding (using simple HTML) and prepping links and files.

Implementation: Provide a final version of emails to Email Service Provider (ESP). Emails will go through a final Quality Assurance (QA) process before the final release.
